station risk assessment and maintenance.
The Major Hazard Identification Programme
allowed the company to operate and equip
the facilities with the latest equipment for
safety and security of the depots.
The human capital investment strategy
of the young school graduates development
programme was implemented to create work
experience and business understanding.
Innovations that are currently implemented:
• Health, Safety, Environment and Quality
(HSEQ) innovations on the safety platform for

Total saw success in its supply and
logistics team – it is proud to have four
women managing the department (Supply,
Operations, Transport3 and Engineering) and
this is a first for the Total Group.
