Construction Progress Update

Bulk earthworks for Phase 1 have reached completion, with platforms successfully prepared and construction of the top structures is now underway.  Phase 1 will deliver four modern warehouses ranging from approximately 4,500 m² to over 20,000m², each purposefully designed to meet the operational demands of logistics businesses.

Construction remains on track, with tenant occupation anticipated from Q3 2026.

Phase 2 Officially Launched

At the launch event, JT Ross Property Group confirmed the release of Phase 2, which will introduce an additional four warehouses.  These facilities will range in size from over 7,000m² to 32,000m² and will offer flexibility for tenants requiring scalable, high-performance logistics space.

Phase 2 has also been designed to accommodate a broad range of logistics, warehousing and distribution operations, reinforcing Plumbago 5’s position as a long-term growth platform for national and international tenants.
