SkyNet is empowering the next generation through impactful mentorship sessions. The initial phase of these sessions, which spanned over six months, focused on providing a comprehensive understanding of operational customs clearance processes and familiarizing participants with their Quality Operational Procedures (QOPs).

This program fostered a series of engaging discussions and brainstorming sessions, where the team explored complex problem-solving techniques to overcome various industry challenges.
The primary goal was to build confidence within the team and create a safe space for learning and growth. As Maxeen Bharath, a recognized FFSP, aptly put it, it’s about "uplifting others while I climb." The program aims to expose team members to intricate challenges, encouraging them to find innovative solutions while maintaining compliance with SARS regulations.
The team has expressed gratitude and feels energized to address the industry’s challenges, leveraging their FFSP qualifications to engage in meaningful discussions with customers, explain issues, and resolve problems effectively. “I am incredibly proud of my team and their development; they embraced the program wholeheartedly. As we move into the second level, our focus remains on their journeys ahead.”
Given that many team members have no prior RPL or formal education in FFCC, this initiative provides them with continuous opportunities for personal and professional growth. Maxeen also extends their gratitude to the ICFF exco team for their outstanding mentorship, which has been instrumental in providing a platform for future leaders and delivering purpose-driven training.
